Hi there! I'm Aahana Banker — a licensed Architect turned Creative Director and Strategist based in New York City.

I come from a family of doctors, and while I didn’t inherit the scalpel, I did inherit their systems-thinking. Around the dinner table, I learned how every part of the body had a purpose - a story - and that harmony between all those parts is what creates something whole, something alive.

That’s how I approach storytelling.

Every experience I create - whether a campaign, a brand world, or a digital flagship - starts with structure. Strategy is the skeleton. Insight and emotion are the muscle. Design is the skin. And cultural expression? That’s the clothing. It’s not just aesthetics, it’s anatomy.

With a Master’s in Advanced Architectural Design, specializing in Experiential Design from Columbia University and a background in immersive tech, human-centered design, and spatial storytelling, I bridge the worlds of form and feeling. I’ve spent the last 8+ years helping brands like Apple, Disney, e.l.f. Cosmetics, J.Crew, and Universal Music Group build stories that aren’t just seen - they’re felt.

From AR beauty rituals and TikTok-first creator campaigns to AI-personalized shopping journeys, I specialize in designing strategic ecosystems that engage, convert, and endure. Whether I’m building a multi-platform creative strategy, developing a new spatial commerce concept, or prototyping with emerging tech - my goal is always the same: to craft experiences that feel intuitive, immersive, and alive.
